Do you send a proof before printing?

No — that is what keeps it quick. We print exactly what you typed, in the placement shown in the photos. If you spot a typo, email us within 24 hours and we will fix it before it prints.
What can I write on it?

Line 1 is usually a family name (“The Carrington Family”) or a first name. Line 2 is optional — a year (“Est. 2015”), a date, or a short phrase like “Baptized · June 8, 2026”. Up to 25 characters per line, using letters, numbers, spaces and & ’ . , -
Can I change the Bible verse?

Not on this piece — the verse is part of the design. If you would like a verse-led version, look for the “As for me and my house” edition, which takes your family name under the verse.
Can I return a personalized canvas?

Because it is made for you, personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo with your order number and we will reprint it free — you keep the first one.
Does it come framed?

No frame — by design. Every piece is a gallery-wrapped canvas: the image wraps around the 1.25 in deep sides, so the edges are part of the artwork rather than something to cover up. It hangs exactly as it arrives, with the sawtooth hanger already mounted on the back.
How long does it take?
