Where we ship

United States — all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
Canada — available on all products

We do not currently ship outside the United States and Canada.

Free U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing time

Each canvas is printed and packed to order by our production partners. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also view order status in your account.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed, or marked delivered but not received, email service@yikomi.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel cannot be located.

Customs and duties

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout.
