Yikomi is a wall art brand operated under Shopify. We offer custom and pre-designed wall decoration products, primarily fulfilled via print-on-demand (POD) services.

3. Products & Custom Orders

  • Custom Products: For personalized items (e.g., pet portraits, custom name art), you are responsible for providing accurate input. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information you provide.
  • Color Variations: Actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.
  • Sizes: All dimensions are listed on product pages. Please measure your space before ordering.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other listed methods.

5. Shipping

  • We offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations.
  • Delivery times vary by product type and destination (typically 5–12 business days for US orders).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Custom/personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

All content on Yikomi.com — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of Yikomi and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yikomi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
