Overview
We want you to love your wall art. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle it.
Custom & Personalized Products
Because personalized wall art (pet portraits, custom name prints, etc.) is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for custom products unless they arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective in materials or workmanship
- Significantly different from what you ordered
Non-Custom Products
For standard (non-customized) wall art purchases:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
- Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at cqian314@gmail.com
- Include photos of the damage (product + packaging)
- Include your order number
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at cqian314@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging
- Refund issued after receipt and inspection
Cancellations
- Custom orders: Can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
- Non-custom orders: Can be cancelled before shipment.
