Overview

We want you to love your wall art. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle it.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because personalized wall art (pet portraits, custom name prints, etc.) is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for custom products unless they arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective in materials or workmanship
  • Significantly different from what you ordered

Non-Custom Products

For standard (non-customized) wall art purchases:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
  • Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at cqian314@gmail.com
  2. Include photos of the damage (product + packaging)
  3. Include your order number

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at cqian314@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in original packaging
  4. Refund issued after receipt and inspection

Cancellations

  • Custom orders: Can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Non-custom orders: Can be cancelled before shipment.
