Where We Ship
- United States: All 50 states including Hawaii & Alaska
- Canada: Available for most products
- International: Australia and United Kingdom coming soon
Processing & Production Time
As a print-on-demand (POD) business, each piece is made to order:
- Production: 2–5 business days (varies by product type and POD partner)
- Custom/Painted products: May require additional production time (noted on product page)
Shipping Times (After Production)

Total delivery time = Production + Shipping. Most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office first
- Contact us at cqian314@gmail.com if the issue persists
- We will work with the carrier to resolve or send a replacement
Customs & Duties (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or control these costs.
